This is the Power of Attorney link that must be signed and submitted for
them to be managed:
 
 
Setup IRA accounts
1.  Complete a FOREX.com UK Individual Account Customer Application.

NO If Yes, by whom? Your write Investment Resource, LLC  )
 
2.  Complete IRA UK Trading Account Customer Agreement ( Attached) and POA
 
3.  Complete appropriate IRA documents directly with Equity Trust
 
4.  Send the FOREX.com Application, IRA Trading Account Customer Agreement,
POA and your trust company application directly to the trust company. As
soon as your IRA funds are received by the trust company, they will send
us our application and a certified check of your funds.
 
5.  The trading account will be opened in the "Name of the Trust Company" FBO
"Your name" IRA with the Trust Company's address and with the Trust
Company's Tax ID. (You still must submit your Social Security Number but
IRA's do not receive 1099's).
 
6.  You will be notified by the FOREX.com New Accounts Department when your
trading account is open for you to conduct trading.
